This is an old Persian Tabriz rug 40 t0 60 years old. It has always been hanging on a wall most of the time. This is a short pile rug in excellent condition. There are uniformed pile everywhere with no repairs or damages. There are no worn spots or damage to the foundation. This is as good as an antique rug could be. The rug is hanging on a wall which is shorter than the rug and the bottom of the rug is on the floor showing a fold. The rug is in mint condition. The outer border is decorated by lions. It has been professionally cleaned and a leather strap was added to the edges for extra protection. Retail price for this rug could be up to $75000.
